The Center for American Progress released an interactive map showing the untapped electoral power of Latinos and citizens-in-waiting and an infographic showing the top 10 states with high concentrations of potential voters. Latina Lista analyzes the data and writes about how powerful a force the Latino vote could be this November.

The Associated Press reports on a tiny Chicago suburb that has refused to host an immigrant detention center.  Also in Chicago, the local Tribune brings us the story of two undocumented brothers who need serious medical care.
